Terms of Service and Public Offer

The Service provides the Business with access to the Vimloy software under a subscription model for managing loyalty programs. The Business obtains the right to use the platform for commercial purposes in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

The Service is provided on an 'As Is' basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, as we depend on external providers (e.g., Telegram API). The Service is not liable for the Business's lost profits, lost revenue, or any financial losses of the establishment arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the platform.

The Business agrees to use the Service legally. In accordance with the law, the Business bears full and independent responsibility for obtaining explicit consent from its guests to send promotional and informational notifications. The Service acts solely as a technical tool for broadcasting.

Payment is made in accordance with the current pricing plans on the website. The platform operates on an auto-renewing subscription basis. Funds for the next billing period are deducted automatically. In case of cancellation, refunds for the already paid subscription period are not provided. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your personal account or by contacting support.

The Service reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement and the pricing plans. Changes take effect from the moment the new version is published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All disputes and disagreements shall be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The place of dispute resolution is the city of Yerevan.
