Use of the Service implies the User’s express consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of their personal data.

The legal basis for processing is the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection” (ՀՕ-49-Ն).

The Operator processes personal data only to the extent objectively necessary for the provision of the Service’s services. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the provided data, relying on the User’s good faith.

The Operator provides a platform for creating loyalty programs and is not a processor of the personal data of the User’s clients. The User is solely responsible for the legality of collecting data from their clients.

The Operator collects the following categories of data:

• Data provided by the User during registration: first name, last name, email address, phone number, payment details.
• Technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time.

The collection and processing of data are carried out exclusively for the following purposes:

• User identification for account creation and entering into a user agreement.
• Provision of services within the functionality of the Service.
• Provision of technical support and feedback.
• Sending transactional emails (password reset, payment notifications).
• Sending advertising and marketing materials (strictly with the User's separate prior consent).

The Service uses cookie files to ensure the platform’s operability, analytics, and saving user preferences.

Processing of analytical and marketing cookies begins only after pressing the “Accept” button in the corresponding information window (cookie banner) on the Service’s website.

The User is entitled to withdraw their consent and block cookies at any time through their browser settings.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the User has the right:

• To receive information about which of their data is processed and on what basis.
• To demand correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
• To demand blocking or deletion of their personal data if they are no longer needed for the purposes of processing or are processed unlawfully.
• Withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time by sending a written request to the Operator.

The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, copying, and distribution.

Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved (during the User’s account validity period) or until consent is withdrawn.

Upon account deletion, personal data is destroyed within 30 calendar days, except where longer storage is required by tax or accounting legislation of the RA.

The Operator reserves the right to amend the Policy. The new version enters into force from the moment of its publication on the Service’s website.
